The seventh window symbolizes Pentecost , the pouring out of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the church. It is a reminder that God is ever leading us forward into a future reign of peace and justice and righteousness. The colours of the window are breaking forward, always connected to the source of wonder which is resurrection, but reaching out with embracing arms into the future.

The two Pentecost windows were donated by the Memorial Fund of Charleswood United Church. In a very real sense the Memorial Fund is a place where the past and future meet. Gifts to the Memorial Fund are made in remembrance of loved ones at the time of their funeral. The money is then used for special projects that enhance the ministry of Charleswood United Church.
