As we release the care of that land to others we might pause to give thanks for the land, tress, and creatures that we have been blessed to steward for the last 70 years. On Sunday, March 29, after worship, those who wish to gather for a brief ceremony will do so on the east side of the parking lot, along the wooded area. Join John Oldham and friends for a moment of drumming, prayer, silence, and song. Everyone is welcome.

  • A funeral for Harvey Waterman will be held Saturday, March 28 at 2:00 at the church. Please remember Harvey’s beloved wife Shirley and all of their family in your prayers this week.

Dear Friends

Welcome to worship for Sunday, March 22, 2026.

Pray for peace.

When you don’t know what to do, pray for peace.

When you don’t know what difference it will make, pray for peace.

When you don’t know the names of the people whose lives have ended, pray for peace.

Pray for peace.

As you see pictures of fireballs exploding, pray for peace.

As you sense the smell of smoke and ash, pray for peace.

As you hear creation groan for the damage it is receiving, pray for peace.

Pray for peace.

Since God loves Shia and Israeli, pray for peace.

Since God loves American and Sunni, pray for peace.

Since God loves Ukrainian and Russian, pray for peace.

Pray for peace.

Because you have heard about a good Samaritan, pray for peace.

Because you have read that a Gerasene was healed, pray for peace.

Because we believe a Roman confessed, pray for peace.

Pray for an end to armed conflict and the peace which passes all understanding will guard your hearts and minds.

Grace and peace,

Michael
